I haven't been on this week to post my update and pix about Peace River or anything else because while I was gone my Grandma went into renal failure and had to be hospitalized. Since I have been back I have been at the hospital every day with my mom and grandma.
She passed away tonight. She was 98....and 1/2!
I hope all my healthy habits will lead me to as long a life as she had....and my family will take care of me too.

So sorry to hear about your grandmother. I am glad to know that she got to have 98.5 years with a family that loved her.
I am so sorry for your loss. I think when a loved one gets to be that old, it is bittersweet. You celebrate you had that much time with them, but on the other hand, they are such a fixture in life that you can't imagine life without her.
She sounds like she was a great person.
